At TrustPoint Primary Care, we believe providers should be able to practice medicine the way it was meant to be—patient-centered, unrushed, and compassionate.
We support APRNs and PAs who want the freedom to deliver high-quality care while still having a team behind them. Our model is built on clinical excellence, strong collaboration, and respect for every patient from every walk of life.
At TrustPoint, you’re not just joining a practice—you’re joining a mission.

Services You Can Offer Through TrustPoint
TrustPoint Primary Care gives APRNs and PAs flexible options to practice in a way that fits your lifestyle, clinical strengths, and long-term goals. Providers may have the opportunity to deliver care through multiple service models, including:
Telehealth (Work From Home)
Provide virtual visits from your home office while delivering high-quality primary care, follow-ups, medication management, and patient education.
Clinic-Based Visits
Providers who already have an established location—or prefer face-to-face care—may offer traditional in-office services depending on availability and region.
Mobile & Community-Based Care
Deliver care in the community through mobile visits, workplace visits, or scheduled community outreach opportunities.
Home Visits (Back to Basics Medicine)
For providers who enjoy personalized care, TrustPoint supports home visits for patients who need direct, compassionate medical attention in their own environment.
Hybrid Practice Options
Many providers choose a blended schedule combining telehealth with in-person or mobile care for the best balance of flexibility and patient access.
TrustPoint supports providers in building a practice model that matches their goals—whether you want to work remotely, serve your local community, or create a mix of both.

Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is committed to supporting the next generation of nurses and advanced practice providers. We understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance clinical hours, coursework, work schedules, and personal responsibilities—because we’ve been students too. That’s why TrustPoint Primary Care offers flexible, customizable preceptorship opportunities, including evening and weekend options when available. Our goal is to provide a supportive learning environment that helps students gain meaningful clinical experience while staying on track with their academic requirements.
TrustPoint Primary Care offers structured preceptorship opportunities for RN and APRN students in approved Master’s and Post-Master’s programs. Precepting is available through telehealth-based clinical experiences in Colorado, Iowa, and Massachusetts, and in-person clinical experiences in Florida, based on student program requirements and site availability. All placements are coordinated in accordance with school guidelines and required affiliation agreements.
